II INTERNATIONAL meeting AND IV LABORATORY:

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE DEVELOPED

OBJECTIVES:

  • To reflect about the laboratories held, sharing lessons learnt and methodologies to be inserted in the guidelines;
  • To agree on the main guidelines features: aims, targets, contents and format
  • To agree on the main training strategy: objectives, target groups, contents, timing and evidences
  • To agree on main training seminars features: target, call for selection, contents, training materials, timing, evaluation and final methodology assessment
  • To deeper discuss Festival expectations, and agree on overall timing and content
  • To assess the first financial report and find a common agreement on relevant themes as GDPR and privacy rules, project evaluation system
  • Best practices in management models when running contemporary dance
  • How to create a good working business model in arts – theory and practice;
  • New approach toward diplomacy in arts’ management
  • How social activities interact with art management to create more engagement

Art Link Foundation and Balletto di Roma will act as moderator and facilitator of the meeting, with the support of partners responsible for each WP.

The following documents will be produced:

  • minutes of the meeting with annexes and pictures
  • attendance list

Role of all partners during the MEETING

Partners participating the meeting are required to:

  • Carefully read the official documents related to Laboratories, Guidelines, Training strategies and Training seminars (pages 4/7 of the project description); this will help us all to be on the same page.
  • Provide their feedback about the laboratories already run:
    • Transition from classic/neo-classic to contemporary dance models: definition and classification of the dance categories
    • Training techniques: how to mainstream contemporary dance models in the training phase
    • Audience development: how to get our traditional audience to follow our contemporary dance performances

Feedbacks provided will be useful to define shared practices and methods to be inserted in the project guidelines

  • Provide their inputs about the design of the guidelines and of the training strategies
  • Provide their inputs about the design and running of the training seminars in each Country
  • Create short presentation about management models in each Partner company and sharing of best practices

Beside this, the following partners are required to facilitate the discussion on the WP or task they are responsible of, with the help of a presentation on PPT or similar format:
